Hi, I’m Nicole

I specialize in working with women and couples who are experiencing difficulties with mood disorders, anxiety, infertility, perinatal mental health concerns, and pregnancy/infant loss.

As a social worker, I am passionate about mental health and, more specifically, women's mental health. I really enjoy being there for women dealing with things like anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, or who are navigating the process of starting or growing their family—figuring out fertility, handling pregnancy, and diving into early parenthood.

Having gone through infertility and pregnancy loss myself, I truly understand how difficult that period can be. Getting support from therapists and healthcare providers who had been through similar experiences was incredibly comforting for me—they helped me to feel seen and heard. Now that I've come through those hurdles, I'm passionate about supporting other women who are experiencing similar challenges. I think of it like an opportunity to pay it forward. What could be better?!

When I'm not supporting my clients, you can find me at home with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog. I love music, cooking, baking and reading- when I have time to myself, you'll usually find me with my nose in a book!

Please reach out to me so we can discuss what your needs are and whether I might be the right fit for you. I am deeply committed to building strong, healing relationships and I look forward to learning how I can help you.
