Hi, I’m Zainab

I'm Zainab, a Registered Psychotherapist with over 7 years of experience in mental health. As a mother who has navigated the challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, I understand how overwhelming it can be. I work with expectant and new parents and am here to be a supportive resource through these times. I provide culturally sensitive support throughout the perinatal period and beyond. I am also specialized in generalized anxiety, OCD, and ADHD with a particular interest working with young and emerging adults.

It took time for me to prioritize self-care, but doing so helped me heal and regain balance. Now, I’m passionate about helping others understand their emotions, patterns, and coping strategies.

Building a strong therapeutic relationship is key to my work. Research shows that when you feel comfortable with your therapist, you're more likely to engage in the process. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space for you to heal.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son. I love cooking (especially soups), traveling, and swimming.

I offer therapy in English, Urdu, and Punjabi. If you're ready to talk or need a space to be heard, I’d love to connect. Let’s see if we’re a good fit for this journey together.
