Hi, I’m Zainab

I love working with children, young adults, and parents to understand their concerns, patterns, and current coping tools.

If you’re someone who experiences negative self-talk, a loss of who you are, low self-esteem, or confidence, I can help. If depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or ADHD are limiting your quality of life, we can develop lifelong skills to change your experience.

As your therapist, I will offer you insight so you can understand their symptoms and what is getting in the way of where you want to be. My goal is to empower you to accept and change any negative thoughts and behaviours so you can live the life you want and deserve.

I have over 7 years of experience in the mental health field, and I prioritize the therapeutic relationship. If you like me, you’re more likely to try what I offer (research says so!). So let’s get to know each other and work towards your hopes, goals, desires, and needs together.

When I’m not working, I am spending time with my husband and son who I adore. I enjoy cooking and I am always happy to share my soup concoctions! Travelling, family time, and swimming are my go-to self-care activities.

If you’re open to sharing a little or a lot about yourself, just know I’ll listen without judgment and offer a healing and growing space in every session. Reach out today so we can discuss your needs and find out if I am the right fit for you.
