Hi, I’m Brittany

I specialize in working with adults, parents, families, and couples. As a mom or parent, you juggle endless demands while navigating the complexities of family life and personal growth. My approach is centered on helping you uncover your unique strengths, foster deeper connections with your children, and build resilience along the way. Through compassionate guidance, we’ll work together to address the stress, self-doubt, and moments of overwhelm that come with parenting. I also support families who are looking to heal ruptures in their relationships.

Whether you’re looking to heal from your own past experiences or learn tools to stay calm and grounded in the present, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let's work together to help you feel empowered, understood, and ready to thrive—both for yourself and your family. I offer secure video sessions from the comfort of your home Ontario-wide.

I'm a therapist who's all about finding balance and enjoying life. When I'm not assisting my clients, you can catch me spending quality time with my daughter and my family. We love to explore the outdoors together, whether it's hiking in the forest, checking out a new beach or simply taking a leisurely walk in the park.

I'm also a big fan of winding down with a good book in hand, getting lost in the pages of a captivating story, when I need a break from the written word, you can find me checking out a local thrift store, learning how to paddle board,  listening to music or tuning into a podcast.

Life can get busy, but it's these simple pleasures that keep me grounded and recharged.
